We use Royal Mail tracking and your package will require a signature on receipt. You are also welcome to collect your order from our studio in Brighton. Please read the conditions when selecting your option.
All our jewellery is hand-made to order and we aim to dispatch within 21 days.If you require your jewellery to be made urgently please call or email us and we'll endeavour to meet your deadline - if we can, you will be required to select 'Express Delivery' (£20) at check out.
We DO ship Internationally please read the conditions when selecting your option. The customer is liable for an import fee if applicable, you can find more details online. For example we can send a package to the US worth £730 ($1000) free of charge, but over this amount US customs will charge a flat fee of 3% to the receiver of goods.
Bespoke and Remodel lead times are approximately 8-12 weeks depending on how busy the studio is.

Customers are responsible for giving us the correct sizing. With rings, please come to the studio or visit your local jeweller to be measured. Any amendment after purchase is subject to a labour fee plus shipping. For further info, please contact us.

The simplest way to clean a solid precious metal piece is to use warm soapy water and a very soft bristle brush, then rinse well under water.
To best maintain your jewellery, take your jewellery off when you at the gym/ sports and when you are applying perfumes or lotions. Avoid wearing your jewellery in wet places like the shower/ pool/ sea or when washing the dishes. We recommend you store your jewellery in a cloth, acid free tissue paper or jewellery box when you are not wearing it.
Most of our designs are in 9ct Gold and a small selection with a Silver/Gold mix. If you would prefer 18-22ct Gold, Palladium or Platinum - price is on asking (POA).
We no longer stock Gold vermeil (Silver plated with Gold).

We are happy to offer a refund within 7 daysof receipt. Same for an item over £250 less a restocking fee. Please emailus to arrange a refund and return your item to us within 14 days of our dispatch date. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging in order for us to process a refund. Exchange options are available within 21 daysof receipt. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons. PV is not responsible for return postage costs, for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We strongly advise you use a fully tracked and insured service.
We do not accept a refund or exchange on Personalised, Bespoke, Remodelled or Sale | Dead Stock pieces. If have any questions please contact us.
