We use 1st class recorded Delivery on all UK Mainland orders (£3.95, via Royal Mail, it will require a signature on receipt. There is also the option to collect from our shop/studio in Brighton between Thursday - Saturday (no shipping charge).
All our jewellery is made to order and will be dispatched within 14 days, or 21 days for Goldsmith Hallmarking.
If you require your jewellery to be made urgently please call or email us and we'll endeavour to meet your deadline - if we can, you will be required to select 'Express Shipping' (£7.50) at check out.
We DO ship Internationally. The cost is £10 (approximately €11, USD $14, AUD $18).

The customer is responsible for giving us the correct ring size. Come see us at the studio to be measured. Otherwise pop in to your local jeweller and have your finger measured properly. Any amendments after purchase is subject to an amendment/labour fee (from £30 - £60) plus the return postage.
Sizing a bangle, bracelet or necklace is from £20-£40, plus postage.

To best maintain your jewellery, take your jewellery off when you go to the gym or when applying creams, perfumes and lotions. Avoid wearing your jewellery in wet places i.e. the shower/ pool/ sea or when washing the dishes. We recommend you store your jewellery in a cloth, acid free tissue paper or jewellery box when you are not wearing it.
The simplest way to clean solid precious metal items with and without gemstones, is to use warm soapy water and a very soft bristle brush then rinse well under water.
Our plated jewellery are 100% precious metal (as oppose to base metal) and hold value - Gold vermeil, Oxidised SIlver or Rhodium finishes can fade within 3 - 12 months depending on where on your body your jewellery is worn and how you maintain it. For example rings are first to fade as you are always using your hands. It is important not to clean plated jewellery and use the guide above. We offer a replating service from £3+ for small touch ups, £10 - £30 for full dip solution.
◼ I F Y O U C H A N G E Y O U R M I N D
We are happy to refund jewellery worth up to £300 within 7 daysof receipt, you must notify us via email during this time.Return your item within 14 days of the dispatch date on your order slip. Your item must be in an undamaged, unworn condition and it's original packaging - only then will we be happy to issue a refund. Exchange options for items up to £300 are available within 21 daysof receipt. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons. Please email us to arrange a return.
We cannot REFUND or EXCHANGE *Personalised*, Bespoke or pieces over £300 (that are made-to-order), unless faulty. If you have an item that you deem as faulty on arrival please contact us immediately.
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
