We use Royal Mail tracking and your package will require a signature on receipt. You are also welcome to collect your order from our studio in Brighton. Please read the conditions when selecting your option.All our jewellery is hand-made to order and we aim to dispatch within 21 days. If you require your jewellery to be made urgently please call or email us and we'll endeavour to meet your deadline - if we can, you will be required to select 'Express Delivery' (£10) on the product page.
We DO ship Internationally. The cost is £10 (approximately from €11, USD $14, AUD $18).
Bespoke and Remodel lead times are approximately 12 weeks depending on how busy the studio is.
◼ S I Z I N G
Customers are responsible for giving us the correct sizing. With rings, please come to the studio or visit your local jeweller to be measured. If we are in lockdown or you are a vulnerable person shielding at home, you can order a ring sizer here. Measure your finger and forward the plastic sizer to us so we can double check your measurements. Any amendment after purchase is subject to a labour fee plus shipping. The simplest way to clean a solid precious metal piece is to use warm soapy water and a very soft bristle brush, then rinse well under water.
To best maintain your jewellery, take your jewellery off when you go to the gym or when applying creams, perfumes and lotions. Avoid wearing your jewellery in wet places i.e. the shower/ pool/ sea or when washing the dishes. We recommend you store your jewellery in a cloth, acid free tissue paper or jewellery box when you are not wearing it.
Our plated jewellery are 100% precious metal and hold value, as oppose to base metal, which may cause an allergic reaction if you have sensitive skin. Gold vermeil (Silver, heavily plated in Gold) , Oxidised Silver or Rhodium finishes can fade within 6 months to years depending on where on your body your jewellery is worn and on how you carefully you maintain it. For example rings are first to fade as you are always using your hands. We offer a replating service, please get in touch should you need more info.
All our designs are available in 9ct or 18ct Gold, price on asking (POA).
◼ I F Y O U C H A N G E Y O U R M I N D
We are happy to offer a refund within 7 days of receipt. Same for an item over £250 less a restocking fee. Please email us to arrange a refund and return your item to us within 14 days of our dispatch date. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging in order for us to process a refund. Exchange options are available within 21 days of receipt. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons.
We do not accept a refund or exchange on Personalised, Bespoke, Remodelled or Sale | Dead Stock pieces. If have any questions please contact us.

Our pieces are designed to worn and loved, but as with all fine jewellery they should be treated with care. If your jewellery needs servicing/ repair/ cleaning, please contact us and we’ll be happy to give you an assessment.
